Throughout the site, the terms "Casa Bella", “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Casa Bella Furniture Gallery. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. CasaBellaOnline.net reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

We accept Credit Card Purchases of: Visa, MC, Discover, and AMEX.


Delivery and Installation

At Casa Bella Furniture we are proud to not only stand behind our products, but also our delivery service. We offer an in-house delivery service on specialized furniture carrier trucks, and installation services with experienced staff members who are very respectful and courteous. Orders are processed and delivered on average between 3-7 business days from when they are placed. You can track an order any time by calling and speaking directly to a Casa Bella Furniture representative.

NOTE:

  • We are currently only delivering up to a 30 Mile Radius.

  • You can schedule a pick up yourself from our showroom if you wish to do so.


Shipping Damage

We have been working with highly reputable artisans and makers throughout the world for over a decade with whom we have ongoing, trusting relationships with to deliver quality pieces in immaculate condition. Our comprehensive delivery service goes through a meticulous inspection and is specifically designed to reduce the rate of shipping damage, but as we all know, sometimes ship happens. At Casa Bella, we pride ourselves on treating our customers fairly, even in the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit. Therefore, Casa Bella will offer free repair and/or replacement for any order if it arrives damaged. Please follow the instructions outlined below to go about the process.

PERTAINING TO LOCAL FURNITURE DELIVERY WITHIN LOS ANGELES

  1. Inspect your furniture upon delivery/installation and if you happen to notice anything you are unhappy with, please bring it to the attention of a Casa Bella delivery team member prior to signing for your acceptance of the merchandise.

  2. Take photos of the concerned items, and of the detailed areas in particular.

  3. Contact Casa Bella to report the issue and provide the photos via email with your order number included in the subject line as follows: CB ORDER #00000.

PERTAINING TO INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

  1. Inspect your merchandise upon receiving it and if you happen to notice anything you are unhappy with.

  2. Take photos of the concerned items, and of the detailed areas in particular.

  3. Contact Casa Bella to report the issue and provide the photos via email with your order number included in the subject line as follows: CB ORDER #00000.
